Declining Terms
If you do not agree to any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website or the services provided.
Though we make every effort to ensure the cruises we offer go as planned, there are occasionally circumstances that may require us to make major changes to a confirmed cruise before departure.
For these terms, the following are considered “major changes”:
Major changes do not include minor route or stop changes, or substitutions of excursions (e.g. due to a particular attraction being closed).

Force Majeure
If any event that we or the service provider could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid affects our contractual obligations, we will not be liable or pay compensation. These events can include, but are not limited to:
Either party may terminate the contract if a force majeure event renders it impossible or prevents the fulfillment of the booking contract at the time of travel or a reasonable period beforehand. This requires official announcements by national or international authorities, such as travel warnings or declarations of emergency, at the time of travel or a reasonable timeline prior.
Please note that you will not receive a cash refund in such cases. Travel agents or resellers who have not paid cancellation charges will not be offered a refund, only a future credit if open charges have been balanced.
Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
We will book your trip with reasonable skill and care. If another supplier provides the services, we will select them with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for the actual provision of those services, unless we have breached our duty and caused you damage.

Travel involves general risks beyond our control. You must make your own inquiries and be aware of relevant government travel warnings. Such risks include:

You must have a valid booking confirmation and travel documents before starting your trip.
Medical Conditions and Disabilities
If you have any medical conditions or disabilities, you must inform us before booking so we can advise on suitability. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we cannot accommodate your needs.
Medical Treatment
No medical staff are employed on our cruises. You are responsible for all medical costs and quality of care.
Travel Insurance
You must have comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses and repatriation. We are not responsible for these liabilities.
Passport and Visa
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct passport, visa, and health requirements. We are not liable if you cannot travel due to non-compliance.
Personal Information and Data Protection
To process your booking, we will need to collect your personal information. We may share this with service providers, customs, and security and credit organizations. By booking with us, you consent to us using and disclosing your data.
Passenger Details and Documents
You must provide full details of all travelers 14 days before arrival or tour/cruise start. We reserve the right to inspect your passport, visa, and travel documents to ensure you meet all requirements. If you fail to comply, we may apply a service charge or refuse boarding with full cancellation fees.
Special Dietary Requirements
Notify us of any dietary requirements at least 5 days before departure. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee alternative meals.
Luggage
Your luggage must not contain any dangerous, illegal, or unsuitable items. We are not liable for any fragile, perishable, or valuable items in your luggage. luggage must not be excessively heavy, bulky, or inadequately packed. Please bring only necessary luggage, as storage space is limited.
Maps and Images
Maps and images on our website and materials are for illustrative purposes only. The scenes depicted may not accurately reflect what you will experience on your cruise or tour. Some images may be digitally enhanced.
Passenger Behavior
For the comfort and safety of all, you must follow the instructions of the Cruise Director or Tour Director at all times. Passengers are expected to dress appropriately and behave in an orderly manner, without disrupting others.
If, in our opinion, your behavior is causing or likely to cause distress, danger, annoyance, property damage, delays, or violations of law, we may terminate your arrangements immediately. This will end our liability to you, and you may be refused boarding or required to leave the ship or service right away.
You will not receive any refunds, and you may be required to pay for any losses or damages caused by your actions. Each member of your party will be held jointly liable. We are not responsible for the actions of other passengers.
Animals
Animals and livestock are not allowed on board our ships and will not be carried.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the nation in which the cruise ship is registered or where its main office is located will govern your booking and trip. This is known as the vessel’s “flag state.”
Any disputes, claims, or other matters arising from or related to your booking or travel arrangements with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the flag state of the cruise operator’s company.
You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted solely in the courts of the flag state, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any objection to the venue or claim of the inconvenient forum concerning proceedings in the flag state courts.
The laws of the flag state, without regard to its choice of law principles, will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions, as well as any disputes between you and the cruise operator.
This exclusive jurisdiction and governing law clause applies regardless of your country of residence or the departure/arrival ports of your cruise. By booking with us, you consent to this jurisdictional and choice of law framework.
